These are the essentials needed for your appointment. We provide everything else.

Only people with a booking are allowed in our studios. 

Anyone wanting to bring  friend or partner must contact the owner prior for clearance.

To ensure a smooth and contactless experience for all our clients, having an account is mandatory. Your account allows you to:

• Book your tan at your preferred time: Easily manage your bookings and schedule through our user-friendly app or website.
• Access the studio seamlessly: Gain entry via Bluetooth or a unique access pin at your allocated time slot.
• Review our terms and conditions: By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to our policies.

This simple system helps us maintain a safe and efficient environment for everyone at The Tan Club Co.

How long your tan lasts depends on a few factors, but with the right care, you can make it last!

Here's a breakdown of what to expect:

• Without moisturiser: Your tan will likely last 5-7 days.
• With moisturiser and gradual tanner: Enjoy a longer-lasting tan of 7-10+ days(some clients even report up to 14 days!). Start applying a gradual tanner every other day from day 4, and don't forget to moisturise daily!

Bonus Tips:

• Use a tan-safe body wash to avoid stripping your tan.
• Skip perfumes directly on your skin as they can affect the tan's development.

By following these simple steps, you can maintain your radiant tan and enjoy the glow for longer!

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, we have door restrictions  in place that  will require you  to wait until your exact booking time to enter the tan room. 

• Arrive at your booked time. Regular sessions are 20 minutes.

• Explore the characteristics: While every tan looks amazing, they offer different finishes. Consider whether you prefer a:

  • Golden Glow: Perfect for achieving a beach-ready tan.
  • Bronze Glow: Creates a rich, dramatic tan for an exotic summer vibe.

With our guidance and diverse selection, finding your perfect tan is a breeze.

For the best results, schedule your spray tan 2 days before you want to show off your sun-kissed glow. This allows the tan to fully develop and reach its peak color.

But don't worry! Even if you can only squeeze in your appointment 1 day before, you'll still achieve a beautiful tan to enjoy.

During your tan, use one of our free disposable hair nets placed over your face. They are breathable and see through and protect your face if you don't want your face tanned.

If any solution does touch your face, don't worry! We have wipes to gently remove it.

LONGWEAR OPTIONS 

Hollywood, Cali, Bahamas & Costa Rica  (6-8  hour solutions):

• Sleep-friendly: Enjoy a full night's sleep! These solutions allow you to shower in the morning.
• Hand and face washing: Wash your hands and face within 1  hour after your tan application.

EXPRESS OPTIONS

Bali, Costa Rica, St Tropez & Dubai (1-3 hour solutions):

• Tanning time: Most people stay in the rapid for 1-3  hours, depending on their desired darkness.
• Experienced tanners: Experienced tanners can sleep in express options for a deeper tan, but beginners should shower after 1-3  hours.
• Hand and face washing: Wash your hands and face within 20 minutes after your tan application.

Remember: These are general guidelines.

Just like a makeup primer, this pre-tanning treatment provides a perfect canvas for a flawless, long-lasting tan.

• Locate the primer in a foam bottle on the supplies shelf.

Tan in a Flash!

Get glowing in just 4-5 minutes with our state-of-the-art booth. 20-minute sessions include prep and unwind time. 

Changing your tan appointment is easy! Simply cancel your existing booking, and a full credit will be automatically applied to your Tan Club account. You can then use this credit to rebook a new appointment at your preferred time slot.

Pro tip: Before canceling, check availability for your desired time to ensure a smooth transition.

Need to reschedule? No problem! You can cancel your appointment up to 15 minutes before your booking time.

 For cancellations within this window, you'll receive a full credit automatically applied to your Tan Club account, usable for your next booking or membership renewal.

Cancelling your membership is easy and hassle-free!

Here's how:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the "Memberships" section.
3. Click the "Cancel" button.

Note: You must fulfill the minimum payment term before cancellation is possible.

No time for tanning? No problem!

We understand life gets busy, and sometimes your membership takes a backseat. That's why we offer holds on any membership for up to 4 weeks.

Here's how to hold your membership:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the "Memberships" section.
3. Click the "Hold" option.
4. Enter your desired start and end dates for the hold (max 4 weeks).

We're here to make your tanning experience flexible and convenient!

Having an account and a booking is all you need for smooth entry to our studios! Here's how:

Using the App (The Tan Club Co.):

1. Approach the studio door.
2. Open the app and tap "Check in."
3. Hold your phone up to the door reader.
4. The reader will flash green. Push the door open to enter.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 to enter the tan room.

Using your Personal Access Code:

1. Find your access code by looking at your booking confirmation email.
2. Navigate directly under your appointment details to find your access code.
3. At the studio door, enter your code followed by the # key on the keypad.
4. Push the door open to enter.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 to enter the tan room.

Here's what you can expect during your session:

• Prep essentials: Barrier cream, primers, disposable hair nets & g-strings, personal wipes, sticky feet and blending gloves.
• Flawless finish: Touch-up products and blending gloves for those touch ups.
• Convenience: Novelty tanning stickers for a touch of fun.
• Relaxation: Alexa hub to play music while you wait, and comfortable heating/cooling in the reception area.
• Peace of mind: 24-hour security for your safety.

We've thought of everything so you can focus on achieving your perfect tan.

During business hours (Monday-Friday 9 AM - 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 12 PM):

• Call our friendly phone line operators for any questions.

After hours or for urgent matters:

• Leave a voicemail on our general line. We'll return your call during business hours.
